Hi Robert, Yes, the agent has been available from http://opensolaris.org/os/project/ha-xvm since 19th March 2008. Please look for that date within the url and select the agent link.
It is worth noting that we recently went through an Open CLARC inception review so that we can include this agent within the Open HA Cluster Data Services repository (ohacds-gate) which subsequently will mean that the agent gets packaged with future Solaris Cluster Express deliveries. I should also point out that I recently posted an updated requirements specification on the same link (19th November 2008) following comments from the Open CLARC inception review. My understanding is that an Open CLARC commitment review is being scheduled, please look out for future emails in that respect.
