Sorry for the delay in responding to this proposal -- I was on vacation 
for three weeks.

I have some questions about the details, mostly stemming from my lack of 
experience with Xen. However, I think it will be more appropriate to 
discuss those questions once this project is instantiated. For now, I 
think there's enough potential that we should definitely start a project 
in this area.

So +1 from me.

It looks like we now have four +1s and no -1s almost four weeks after 
the proposal went out. I don't think you set a timeout on the 
discussion, but it certainly seems like this is long enough :-) If no 
one objects, I think we can consider the proposal to be approved. Neil, 
you can notify the OGB at your convenience.
