You must create an ipmp group on the tagged vlan first.

Depending on you network configuration, the clrslh detects the right one 
if you do not have more than one in the same subnet. So normally there 
should be no need to use the netiflist parameter. You must use the 
netiflist only if your logical host is on a different subnet than the 
adapters of your ipmp group.
