do you have Patch: 126107 in a version greater or equal to 33 on the system?
If not, install it in the newest version.
You might have hit bug: 6872891
Basically, you need the
zpool_cachefile_plugin.so
listed in
etc/cluster/eventlog/eventlog.conf
