OK, so if I understand your question correctly, you want to run a .exe 
application on a Solaris or OpenSolaris box. First,  the .exe 
application is a Windows (x86) executable and will not run on 
Solaris/OpenSolaris directly. You could have a Windows virtual machine 
on a Solaris/OpenSolaris x86/x64 system but it still might not achieve 
what you need.

You also seem to be asking for two Sun servers to be connected together 
in a cluster and run this (?) application in a fault tolerant (non-stop) 
way. This isn't really possible. You could run the (above) virtual 
machine in some fashion such that it was _restarted_ after a system 
failure, but the .exe would have to be started again.

As Zia-ul-Hassan said, we need more information about what you are 
really trying to achieve and what the application does.
