Hi guys. I was wondering whether the Habari project has a target user group in mind?
One of the things that I am now finding with WordPress is that the bar has been lowered well beyond my expectations for a self-hosted solution so you when you develop a theme or plugin you can't rely on the user having any knowledge about HTML or CSS. Whether this is by design or a result of rudderless drift I couldn't say but in my view developing with this group of users in mind hurts WordPress by reducing flexibility and making it more difficult to develop for. Is there a concensus about the minimum expected knowledge that a user (at least one that is not supported by a web professional) should have?
