For the record, it didn't always use BP, it was using an outdated link
to a YUI font reset, so rather than update that, I figured it would be
"neat" to go ahead and actually have a framework for a theme using
blueprint since we were indeed including it in the download. If the
decision to remove blueprint was made, then I'd have no issue
converting the theme back away from blueprint.
That said, I think it works out much better with BP, which another
reason for wanting to update the look of the theme was that it is
randomly activated up install, and I wouldn't want to scare off a new
user by seeing the less polished framework rather than k2 or
charcoal. I think it retains the sense of a framework while still
being more polished looking.
