I just did a Habari install on a new site. I was very impressed with  
the selection thingy for plugins to be enabled at install time. It  
makes it look more like "I want these features and not those ones"  
than the traditional module installation interface. Having things in  
plugins doesn't mean that they aren't provided with the default  
install - merely that they aren't required to be enabled if you don't  
want them. Bulking up the list of plugins that ship with the product  
is good for everyone, even if most of them are not enabled by default.
