I'm looking at the trunk source and I'm not seeing "pingoat" in it: https://trac.habariproject.org/habari/browser/trunk/htdocs/system/plugins/pingback/pingback.plugin.php I'm kind of glad it doesn't have it, since it seems to me that pingback should do only pingback. If you want to ping updates, you should use another plugin.
