I'm not familiar with the way the post form works, so I'm not clear on what you are proposing moving into the formUI class. What I am wondering is whether there is any effect where a plugin creates an entirely new form and outputs it on a page. For the sake of example let's say a contact form that is output when the user visits blog/contact.
