Hi devs!
Right before the release of 0.5 a few translations were copied from
Launchpad to trunk/htdocs/system/locale: Danish (da), German (de),
Japanese (ja) and Traditional Chinese (zh-tw). Two more folders were
created ages ago but are unused because they are named in a different
standard (de-de) or are already the core language (en-us).
Some weeks after the release of 0.5 all Launchpad translations were
copied to -extras/locales: consequentially four folders are duplicates
of the ones in trunk.
Now we are approaching the release of 0.6: where will the Launchpad
translations be copied? We may bundle them all in trunk, but most of
them are still far to be completed; we may leave them all in -extras,
but the users would likely not pick theirs before the installation.
So we need to choose the ones that go in trunk and the ones that go
in -extras. I'd move to trunk the translations that are (almost)
complete, currently Catalan, English UK, German, Polish, Italian,
Spanish, Japanese and French, and I'd keep the others in -extras. What
do you think?
