I don't think we need to spend too much time thinking about why there
was such a long gap between 0.5 and 0.6. Our agreed upon focus for 0.6
was ACL, but it turned out that not many of our developers were
interested in actually working on it. There already seems to be a bit
wider interest in theming as the focus for 0.7, so maybe we'll get
more hands on deck for that.

PS This is simultaneously a blessing and a curse for OSS: we can't
force people to work on things they don't want to, but in return we
also get better in ways we might not have imagined. For instance,
"security audit" was not on our checklist for 0.6, but the addition of
Superglobals adds a healthy layer of additional security to the
project.
