Sorted. Fully uninstalled plugin, scrubbed all entries in Options. Re- installed. Re-configured. Now working.
Just one minor irritation - the dashboard FeedBurner module doesn't display the Readers and Reach numbers despite the Awareness API option being enabled on FeedBurner.
