There seem to have been an unusually large number of crappy things that have happened lately in relation to women in several different open source communities. Habari has a strong community foundation, and I think we've done pretty well welcoming people from all sorts of people from all sorts of backgrounds. However, we don't actually spell out anything to do with community or diversity or a code of conduct (at least that I can find). So I propose we develop (or borrow) and adopt something.
