I made some notes on Ticket #1022 in Trac ( https://trac.habariproject.org/habari/ticket/1022) about abstracting the server and database code and was just wondering if I could get some feedback. I looked through InstallHandler and made some notes that make sense to me at 11:30pm but there's a good chance I missed something or am way off base on why things are the way they are :)
