I think we all agree it's been far too long since 0.6 was released but we also 
agree that 0.7 isn't quite ready yet. What would everyone think of doing some 
kind of preview release? I wouldn't call it alpha, but maybe a "Developer 
Preview"? It would at least send the message that we're very much still alive 
and we want people to actually *try* something more recent than 0.6.4, that it 
is pretty stable and we need more people testing it.

I'd say just tag whatever is in trunk in SVN (so we know exactly what it was we 
released), zip it up, and write up a quick blog post about it. Nothing major 
required, but I think it would help with visibility a good bit. Opinions?
