Welcome to Habari, Elihu5991. If you're willing to contribute your designs to the community through the Habari extras repository[1], I'm sure that people would be happy to code them for you. Post links to designs here and chat to people on IRC. There are a couple of relevant pages on the wiki regarding branding and hp.o, see http://wiki.habariproject.org/en/Designs/Habari_Home and http://wiki.habariproject.org/en/Working_groups/branding.
