The markup plugin ( http://habariproject.org/dist/plugins/markup/ ) includes a textile filter. You might also take a look at this thread - http://groups.google.com/group/habari-dev/browse_thread/thread/62768975c24474/958b305889106fc3?lnk=gst&q=textile#958b305889106fc3 - which seems to include links to downloads for textile plugins for habari. I don't know how well any of them work.
