The OAuth is used only to connect to Twitter via the API and post
updates from your blog to Twitter.
You must separately configure the block for what you want to display
from Twitter on your blog. This lets you create multiple blocks for
multiple users, if you have a multi-user blog.
To do this, go to your Themes page, and click the "Configure" on the
dropbutton next to the Twitter block that you created. You should be
able to fill out the properties of the block there.
