I'd like to become more specific on addons (catalog), especially on how to deal with tags and updating plugins for 0.10: Do we want tags? Do we want branches? Should master always be compatible with core master or with the latest stable Habari install?
For the time, I think most of us are either around UTC-6, UTC+0 or UTC+10. So, around 10pm UTC might be the area when we all have a chance to join. That's quite early for Michael and quite late for middle europe, but doable. And for the day, a simple Doodle should do, it is capable of timezones.
