I have absolutely no clue what you're talking about, but I can tell you immediately that you have to be signed-in to Transifex before you can do anything. I even set it to auto-approve requests last week.
And again, I'll kindly ask you to please subscribe to the mailing list if you plan on posting. You can opt-out of emails in Google Groups if you prefer to read it online. If you're not a member someone from the cabal has to approve the message, and that's just a pain since you post fairly regularly.
