Sorry, I guess I don't really understand what you're seeing. Are you seeing the indents only once you publish, or is it in the editor as well?
Because you shouldn't be seeing anything like that... Habari makes a point of not messing with what you write by default. My first guess is that this is a theme issue. What theme are you using?
