I use the combination of spamchecker (shipped with Habari) and simpleblacklist plugin for several months now. And I never, ever had an incident where a spam was let through, or a non-spam blocked (false positive) for that matter. I'd recommend using the combination. Like skippy, I'd recommend using the combination.
