Hi Firman, The problem is that your version of the monthly archives was written for 0.6-alpha, which introduces a new way to format dates.
To fix it you have two options: switch to 0.6-alpha (SVN) if you want to keep up with bleeding edge development; or, download an older tagged version. http://trac.habariproject.org/habari-extras/browser/plugins/monthly_archives/tags/0.8.1/monthly_archives.plugin.php is the old version.
