Habari relies on PHP functions and classes, such as the DateTime
class, that are only officially available with PHP 5.2 or later,
though they may have had experimental support in earlier versions of
PHP 5. You can try to modify the installer (installhandler.php) and
index.php to require only PHP 5.1.6 and see what happens, but I would
be surprised if it worked properly.
