PHPIDS looks like an interesting project.  I'm intrigued at how to make 
it useful, since it seems not proactive at all.

It also seems to contain a full version of HTMLPurifier (?!) which is 
LGPL-licenced, although PHPIDS is not specifically licensed at all. 
Yes, LGPL may technically be compatible, but I'm personally a license 
purist, and would prefer to seek out ASL-specific tools if possible.
