For the most part, Trunk is stable. I, along with a goodly number of  
people, run our public sites out of trunk.

Habari is definitely ready for use, with some caveats:

We don't yet have a fully implemented ACL system, so if this will be a  
multi-user blog, Habari might not be the best bet.

We don't have the wealth of themes and plugins available yet that you  
would find for WP, but we do have a good beginning. You can find them  
in our -extras repo:
