He warned the administrator to not to close it ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Llywrch#Habari) (!!). And the admin replied him with warning ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Misterdiscreet#Re:_Habari). His nomination held no good reason (if a reason at all). I suspect any action would be taken against him though.
