I've seen this happen on pages before, not in Habari, and it's been
related to the construction of the page, although nothing specific.

Running your page through the validator, I see that there are a few
strange things going on, including serving the page as text/html, but
also specifying an xhtml namespace and using xhtml tag endings.  I
suggest making the theme output html 4.0 instead, and see if that
corrects the issue.
