It is with great sorrow that I offer my official resignation from the Habari Project.
I fear that my negative attitude towards many members of this community has grown toxic and does not benefit the community. The culmination of this was the planned resignation of a prominent founder of the project. I genuinely regret the harm my actions have caused to this community. I hope that in my absence the community will again be able to flourish. The resigning founder was a great asset to the community, and it is my hope that he returns. Someday, I hope I will once again be able to be a helpful member of this community. However, at this time, I feel my presence is a net drain upon the community. Therefore, I choose to withdraw from the community for its sake. I relinquish all copyright to any Habari code, including all plugins and patches I have contributed. If possible, I hope the community will find some use for these contributions. I remain willing to provide personal support for my plugins, if you email me. On a personal note, I would like to thank the many members who, through incredible patience, tried to deal with my hostility. I regret that I am not mature enough to adequately communicate and improve the project.
