Hi Carlo, I've had a quick look into the error you were experiencing. It looks as though the development for this plugin had moved beyond the current Habari release of 0.6.x and had been developed for the 0.7 plugin API, which is why the error was occurring.
I've made some changes to the development version so it's currently compatible with the released version of Habari. You can download a copy of the plugin which should be usable on 0.6.4 at: http://ziadaproject.org/dist/plugins/tinymce/ At the moment you'll only see one version of the plugin in that list called trunk - which should work for Habari 0.6.x.
