Hi there, I upgraded from 0.6.4 to the trunk version last night.
At first I made a mistake by not keeping .htaccess file when I was moving my files around. This meant that I could see all my posts and everything on the homepage but I couldn't open any other pages (ie. not even admin)... anyway I fixed that problem by just creating the .htaccess file again and so now that's all working. However, I've now realised that I lost all my tags in the move. I know that the tag structure is different between 0.6.4 and 0.7 but I was expecting the DB to automatically fix itself. Was I supposed to do something to restructure my DB? (note: I'm using a theme that was created for 0.7 so I know that it's not a problem with my theme). While I'm asking questions... I've just noticed that my post content has extra '<p>' tags when the pages are rendered to html. These '<p>' tags don't appear in the text when I'm in the editor.
