Thanks Chris, That's pretty much takes me exactly where I need (hopefully). Just going through the process now, just will add a few things myself to this and then post it onto the wiki. I'll report back if there's anything broken.
Just as an aside, when downloading everything from the MySQL database one of the larger files is habari_log table. Is this necessary to download, or can you just forget that particular file? If you can't forget it, can you purge it or something?
