I neglected to update the version number, so that's no help. If you
look at the file, line 25 of tagtray.plugin.php should read:
$max = Tags::vocabulary()->max_count();
and line 27 should read:
tags_list->append('tag', 'tag_'.$tag->term, $tag, 'tabcontrol_text');
