That's my bad. I was in a rush and forgot to bump the version to 0.6.5 when I originally packaged it. Someone pointed that out and I quietly replaced the zip file and the tag on subversion with one that has the correct version and hoped no one would notice. ;)
You can re-download it or simply update system/classes/version.php yourself - just change 0.6.4 to 0.6.5. Sorry for the confusion!
