Yes, something doesn't look right here.  It looks like your tags may
have been converted to terms and the old tables not emptied.

As tags are your only vocab, you may find the total number of rows in
your habari_tags table is the same as the number of rows in your
habari_terms table. If they are, then I think we can say the tags have
been converted to terms, just the clean up fairy hasn't done her job
for some reason.

The vocabulary_id in habari_terms should definitely be 1 (to match the
ID for tags in habari_vocabularies). The easiest option would be to
change the ID in habari_vocabularies to 0, but I'm not too happy with
this idea as I don't know what else may break.  All my installs have
the ID = 1.  Changing the posts, whilst more dangerous, is probably
the better option.
