All the core services should be back up and running. That means the main hp.o blog, svn, trac, wiki, and beacon. There are some odds and ends that may not be completely right yet: dist is unstyled and lacking descriptions, svn hooks for zipping -extras aren't running yet, crontab entries aren't setup for rebuilding docs and resetting the demo site, etc.
If you notice any specific problems, please feel free to reply here or poke me on IRC, I'll be back a little later to wrap up some of the loose ends.
