The Charcoal errors happen when the theme is not properly activated (usually when you move or delete the active theme and Habari falls back to Charcoal as the default) and a known issue. If you actually manually activated it though, you shouldn't have had any problems.
As for the latter error, when are you getting the error from socketrequestprocessor? When you try to load the installer or after you've installed? I have no idea what test.server.at is or what would be trying to connect to it... Perhaps you have another plugin active?
