The Manage Posts list calls `HabariDateTime::get_default_date_format` and
`HabariDateTime::get_default_time_format`. Both of those will use your *user
* option before the global blog option. So check your account's settings.

And now that I'm looking at those methods, they only check if isset() (not
empty()), so it's possible your account has empty values for those... No
idea how that would happen either, but user-specific settings have had a
tendency to disappear lately (*cough* dashboard blocks *cough cough*).
