Nathan, I'm glad I could be of help. For some reason my related post has
been deleted, but I'm glad you've been able to see its content.

The matter is solved, but to make things almost perfect permit me 2 more
minor issues.

Loading your Google statistics Javscript before your HTML DOCTYPE
declarations is not recommended practice.
Please refer to Google's own advice for this here
:
https://support.google.com/analytics/bin/answer.py?hl=en&utm_medium=et&utm_campaign=en_us&utm_source=SetupChecklist&answer=1008080

and see point 3.

we recommend placing the snippet at the bottom of the <head> section for
best performance.

When that's done and you're still up for one more, please check your DIV
structures (match all opening and closing DIV tags).
The orphaned DIV tag just below Google analytics code and just before
DOCTYPE doesn't belong there, and has cascading repercussions throughout
your HTML document. Luckily modern browsers are very forgiving and still
render the page OK.

Finally : thank you for your kind wish, much appreciated ! Right back at
you ;-)
