Sure - any moving vehicle can act as mobile hackerspace.

I guess it does not need to find a used greyhound bus to build
a hackbus - although it looks nice, as you could see at Defcon:

In our Austrian team we use a modified camping bus. But we 
don't do the lectures inside, we use it for transport only. 
And we set up a tent and some tables and benches if we do 
an outdoor session (it usually does not get too hot outside).
