BitTorrent is receiving a LOT of negative press. If we include it, 
people will use it to move copyrighted files and an opponent will find 
out (even if they plant a user, which they WILL). Their purpose will be 
to demonstrate the general lawlessness at hack4dean. I suggest we stay 
away from BitTorrent.
