I am running Pentoo amd 64 2015.0 rc3.7 live DVD  using an hackrf One with
updated firmware and updated spld.  hackrf_info and hackrf_transfer utilities
work fine.  when I try to run Micheal's lesson one grc i receive this:
 /root/.grc_gnuradio
Loading: "/run/media/root/UUI/Linux Stuff/lesson1.grc" >>> Done
Showing: "/run/media/root/UUI/Linux Stuff/lesson1.grc"
Generating: "/run/media/root/UUI/Linux Stuff/top_block.py"
Executing: "/run/media/root/UUI/Linux Stuff/top_block.py"
linux; GNU C++ version 4.8.3; Boost_105500; UHD_003.008.000-0-unknown
Using Volk machine: avx_64_mmx_orc gr-osmosdr 0.1.4 (0.1.4) gnuradio 3.7.5.1
built-in source types: file fcd rtl rtl_tcp uhd hackrf bladerf Using HackRF One
with firmware 2014.08.01 LLVM ERROR: Allocation failed when allocating new
memory in the JIT Can't allocate RWX Memory: Operation not permitted
When I created the lesson1.grc using pentoo i686 2015 on a much slower CPU
system it runs fine, but requires sample rates of 4 M.
Any suggestion?
Thanks for your time and consideration,
Niles
