Ummmm, errrr, there's been a "regression" in that code. The FSK demodulation
and access code handling and packet sync/capture are there, but the packets are
no longer handed to the UI for display. This is due to me refactoring the code
so that infrastructure can be used for *any* low-bandwidth digital mode (e.g.
APRS, TPMS, trunking radios, and so on). That refactoring isn't finished. But
soon, AIS decoding will return!
