I think it's good to understand where these values come from. Let's update the wiki once we know for sure. > I have found the 62 dB mentioned under "Baseband Gain Range" and the 8 > dB steps under "RF Gain Steps", but i dont see how the lna has max 40 > dB gain I'm struggling to work out where this comes from, I'm sure it's a combination of other values, but I haven't quite got there yet. > where the VGA can be changed in 2 dB steps from 0 to 62 > dB. Can you point out the places in the datasheet where this is > mentioned? The 2dB step is directly below the "Baseband Gain Range" in the datasheet, it's listed as "Baseband Gain Minimum Step Size" > Also, is there a more detailed version of the datasheet than the one > linked from the wiki? Not that I have seen, but the wiki suggests that there is a register map which can be obtained by sending a support request to Maxim. _______________________________________________ HackRF-dev mailing list [email protected] https://pairlist9.pair.net/mailman/listinfo/hackrf-dev
