[HACKYSTAT-DEV-L:5] Stable release delay

There's just no way I can finish everything I want to do for the 6.1 
stabole release by tomorrow.  On top of everything else, I have spent the 
day trying to diagnose a bug in the hackyCLI package (there is a 
server-side runtime exception thrown during the test of the CLI sdt, but no 
junit failure!).

I'm now anticipating the end of the week.
