Hi Cedric

The plugin.xml files is for the jupiter sensor. It must be located in the
root of the module.

As for the ".jupiter" file, since Jupiter now supports the multi review
directories depending upon review IDs, we might not put the global review id
setting file (.jupiter) into it. I guess it makes sense to put it into the
root directory of the module since the directory always exists.

Hmm, I am not sure how to disable this setting file. It is automatically
created by Eclipse.

BTW, let me remind of you guys that you also need to install "jupiter sensor"
to collect the reviewed data by Jupiter. the update URL is
