This is a hackyTDD compile failure, but the fault of Takuya. :-)  The 
problem is that Takuya made a low-level change to hackyStdExt (i.e. 
changing DayArray exception handling) without locally compiling against all 
affected modules (i.e. hackyTDD).

Hongbing, could you fix this and recommit hackyTDD today since you're 
working on it?

Takuya, please check your change against all dependent modules today to 
ensure that there aren't any other hidden compilation errors waiting for 
tonight's build.
