Good evening all,

The latest version of the LOCC tool has been released on the web. A
brief summary of the new features incorporated in this release include
the following:

1) LOCC has entered the realm of HPCS. It is now capable of parsing
C/C++ written with Message Passing Interface (MPI) constructs.

2) Added size measures for HPCS, in the form of MPI metrics, including
construct appearances and invocation count.

2) Robust parsing of C/C++ source code added through use of JavaCC
tokenizer. Namespaces and templates now supported.

3) C/C++ size measure now contains metric for statement count, as an
alternative to LOC.

More information about the new release can be found at the following

Information about the LOCC sensor (for sending LOCC data to Hackystat)
can be found here:

Thanks for incorporating LOCC into your projects and please feel free

Best regards,
Mike
