My apology. This is my bad. As an effort to streamline vs.net sensor 
code, I deleted all java and Cpp (i.e. now the sensor contains c# only), 
but forgot to change local.build.xml.

Now I am rebuilding instance-ALL. Hopefully this time it will pass.
